elLe

writer

Elle started working at FMGSuite, writing web-copy, educational blogs, and email campaigns for financial advisors. Those financial advisors often asked her to write about the woes of web3 technology — so she decided to go see what the fuss was about.

That’s when she began working at NATION — a web3 startup specializing in Decentralized Autonomous Organizations on the Solana Blockchain. She wrote blogs, web-copy, technical documentation — and anything in-between.

Now, she works at Layer.com as the content lead for their upcoming art journal, Subject Matter. The journal is composed of interviews with well-known digital artists about their creative journey. She is also Layer’s:

Beta Program Lead

As Layer begins beta testing the earliest versions of their product, she works one-on-one with participants and potential launch partners to collect data, answer questions, and communicate the necessary product changes following each round of feedback.

Matter

Welcome to Subject Matter, a publication from Layer, where art and purpose intersect.

Art is a reflection of the human experience — a medium through which we explore our thoughts, emotions, and ideas. But in the fast-paced world of social media and NFT marketplaces, it's easy to forget the value of art beyond the aesthetic appeal.

Subject Matter aims to remind us.

These interviews will peel back the layers, explain the purpose behind the pixels, and connect us to the creators we admire. We will sit down with artists from various disciplines — exploring the inspiration, motivation, and meaning behind their work.

Join us as we discuss art, it’s impact, and it’s evolving value — from the creators head to the collectors hands.
